“Had a great wonderful experience in Acua Salon. I wanted to get my hair straightened and since there were a lot of options and this was going to be my first experience, I was obviously confused. Unlike any other salons that I have visited in Kerala and Bangalore, Acua helped me chose the Keratin treatment by patiently explaining each and every options along with its advantages and disadvantages. The staff were both professional and friendly. They can understand the customers' need and do it accordingly. Customer service was beyond my expectations. The rates are justifiable, considering the salon's reputation and expertise. Infrastructure and ambience is good. It has ample parking space (and a cool café next to it.

“Perhaps one of the best hair salons in Kottayam and the only one I keep going back to. Professional staff, friendly service and great ambience. I have been a customer off and on since 10 years ( Right from the Rs. 99 Hair Expresso days), this Salon does live up to the expectations. I would personally recommend Shan, he is my preferred stylist here.
Central location in town with ample parking space right in front, with Third Place right next door, which is definitely a plus and besides it's accessible by foot should anyone wish to walk.  The prices have escalated over the years, but its still reasonable considering the services offered. For those who are up for any kind of service, at the cheapest rate possible, perhaps this is not the place.  Nevertheless they take their customers rather seriously and do take efforts to rectify the problem, which in my opinion is hard to find these days.” - Riya Sam

“ACUA salon and spa is located at the heart of Kottayam town. It is easily the best salon I have been to in anywhere till now. Here is my review about my experience.

1. VALUE FOR MONEY. The most economical salon for the services provided. Most of the salons charge higher price for mediocre haircuts and services. These guys have the most appropriate charges for the excellent quality of services they provide.

2. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. Most of the salons want to go through as many customers as possible. The staff of this salon give their primary importance and atention to the customers. The stylist gives you the haircut you want asking and following each step one by one. They are very polite and cordial.

3. AMBIENCE. The salon layout and arrangement is optimal for smooth and efficient functioning. The color tones are bright and cheerful with the right amount of entertainment for those who are waiting. The music is appropriate and the sound is at the right volume.

4. WEBSITE. They have a beautiful website with all the necessary details of the salon, location and the services provided.

5. PARKING FACILITY. There is ample parking space for the customers eventhough the salon is in the heart of the town.
